4. Payment Terms

• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase
• All fees are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

5. Refund Policy for Digital Products

NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to our content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Digital courses and training programs
• E-books, guides, and downloadable materials
• Webinar recordings and video content
• Community membership fees
• Any other digital products or services

By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions and free content before making a purchase.

Exception: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of technical issues that prevent access to purchased content, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@habitcloser.com

6. Subscription Services

For subscription-based Services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscriptions with notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without permission
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by HabitCloser and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The HALO™ and FSBRO™ marks are trademarks of HabitCloser.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our Services (comments, questions, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HabitCloser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HabitCloser and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except where prohibited by law.
